Welcome to TherapyTasks! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our SaaS product.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using TherapyTasks, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
Use of the Service
- Eligibility: TherapyTasks can be used by patients of all ages at the discretion of therapists and parents. For patients under 13, parental consent and supervision are required.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Acceptable Use: You agree not to use TherapyTasks for any unlawful or prohibited activities. This includes but is not limited to, violating any laws, infringing on any third-party rights, or distributing harmful software.
Subscription and Payment
- Subscription Terms: TherapyTasks is offered on a subscription basis. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis as per the chosen plan.
- Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store any credit card information on our servers.
- Grace Period: If a payment method expires or is declined, accounts will be given a short grace period during which service will continue uninterrupted. If the issue is not resolved within 30 days, access for both therapists and patients may be interrupted.
- Cancellation and Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds will be provided for the remaining subscription period.
Data Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using TherapyTasks, you consent to our data practices as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
- Ownership: All content, features, and functionality on TherapyTasks are the exclusive property of TherapyTasks LLC and its licensors.
- Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to TherapyTasks immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these terms and conditions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TherapyTasks LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
